We can attend your new hire orientation, transportation fair or benefits fair in-person, or online. We can also be available online for "office hours" where employees can join us to talk about their commute options.
For an in-person event: All we ask is that you provide your ETC talents, table with chairs, an awesome location with tons of employee traffic, and marketing (do I smell popcorn?) to attract folks to your wonderful event. We'll provide a spin wheel, small prizes and brochures!
For a virtual event: We request that you provide the Zoom or Microsoft Team link and moderate the conversation. We can provide the slides and content. This would be a good opportunity to host a drawing for a Pierce Trips prize pack!
To get started, your Pierce Trips team needs to know a bit about your event. We'll let you know as soon as possible if a team member will be able to attend.
***It is important for your coworkers to know who their ETC is. ETCs are expected to attend the event with Pierce Trips staff.***
